RARARI has always identified the central role of education and training to support generalist activities in remote and rural practice. We will take all the experience and knowledge gained in this field into our discussions with NES. Risk management, compliance with standards and overall recruitment and retention of staff can all be improved through high quality education and training. A joint RARARI /NES initiative will engage with the key stakeholders to identify collaborative ways of moving forwards. RARARI has earmarked resources to pump prime this work.
